It locates it via "Google timeline" but when I try to ring it, it gets stuck in connecting. It never gives me the live location as well. I have it in my hands - it's not in airplane mode or anything. I have a Samsung Galaxy A Google Find My Device cannot find my device using mobile data. If I press the redo icon, a round arrow, the phone is found. The WiFi icon is displayed with the name of my WiFi address and the battery level is displayed. My cellular service is Consumer Cellular. The Samsung Find My Device finds my phone without issuing any error messages and finds the phone at the correct address.
